Policy
At Avastus Tech OÜ, we stand by the quality and effectiveness of our courses and are confident that it will transform your texting skills. However, we understand that results may vary from person to person. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee (minus a small transaction fee we occured) under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must: ✔ Complete the entire course – This includes watching all lessons and completing any exercises or practical tasks provided. ✔ Apply the course techniques – We require proof that you have actively used the strategies taught in the course, including initiating conversations and following the methods outlined. ✔ Demonstrate no improvement – If, after implementing what you’ve learned, you have seen no measurable improvement in your ability to start or maintain conversations, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Proof of Completion & Implementation Required
To request a refund, you must submit the following within 7 days of completing the course: ✅ Proof of Course Completion – Screenshots or confirmation of completing all lessons, exercises, and action steps. ✅ Application of Strategies – Screenshots of at least 5 conversations where you applied the course techniques, showing efforts in initiating, maintaining, and transitioning from text to real-life plans. ✅ Self-Reflection Form – A short written explanation (minimum 300 words) detailing what you applied, the challenges faced, and why you believe the course did not improve your texting experience.
3. Refund Request Process
If you meet all the requirements: 1️⃣ Email your refund request to avastustech@outlook.com within 7 days of completing the course. 2️⃣ Attach your proof of completion and implementation as outlined above. 3️⃣ Our team will review your request within 3-4 business days and respond accordingly.
We strongly request you to not to intervene payment providers since it can delay your request even more.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted if: ❌ You did not complete the course. ❌ You did not apply the strategies or provide proof of effort. ❌ You request a refund outside the refund period (more than 7 days after completing the course). ❌ You enrolled, downloaded the materials, and made no effort to apply the techniques. ❌ You violated any terms of service, such as sharing course materials.
